In hosting its annual MetNet Conference in Los Angeles, California, the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce was eager to offer a creative workshop to attending members enabling them to increase their media exposure.
The Y&S Media team developed a multimedia presentation focused on "Building Buzz and Generating Media Exposure" for the organization's top metropolitan chapter leaders. Led by Y&S Media President Jennifer Kushell, this workshop guided participants with hands-on advice and experience for grabbing the attention of journalists and garnering interest in their projects both as individuals, and on behalf of the international organization and regional chapters that they proudly lead.
Over 100 Jaycees and guests from metropolitan JCI organizations in the United States and the world gathered in Newport Beach, California to attend the organizations celebrated LEAD leadership training program and attend MetNet, hosted by the Newport Jaycees.
Speakers included JCI World President Fernando Sanchez-Arias, US Jaycees National President Lon Fox, Doug Freeman from the Institute for Family Foundations, famed sports attorney Leigh Steinberg, and Y&S's Jennifer Kushell.
