In June, 2002, Florida's Governor Jeb Bush invited the Young & Successful Media team to present their cutting edge ideas to the 20- and 30-something staffers who make Florida's state Capitol run.
After meeting with the Governor, the Y&S team delivered an engaging Leadership Forum to a sizable but intimate crowd that contained some of America's savviest young policy-makers and implementers. The discussion included the application of "Secrets of the Young & Successful" in the policy-making world and the personal lives of that talented group. It was later broadcast on Florida television and covered by radio media.
The event was capped off by a cocktail function sponsored by the politically prominent Florida law firm of GrayRobinson, P.A., at which the attendees spent hours asking follow-up questions. The energy produced by the interaction with these young politicos was palpable and has resulted in friendships and personal ties for Y&S that continue today.
