The Escuela Superior de Economia y Negocios (ESEN) in El Salvador is widely recognized as the leading business school in Central America. Providing business and economic education, their success in cultivating
dynamic young leaders who create social change and promote sustainable economic growth is evident throughout the region.
ESEN, in conjunction with SAE (The Society of Student Entrepreneurs) created a Congress in San Salvador that brought together over 1,000 students from prestigious universities in Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, and El Salvador. Young & Successful Media's Jennifer Kushell delivered the keynote presentation, entitled Los Secretos de los Jovenes y Exitosos Emprendedores ("Secrets of the Young & Successful"), encouraging young entrepreneurs internationally to dream big, aim high, and use their creativity to fearlessly reach their goals. Urging the eager audience to take the challenges and common barriers that young entrepreneurs face and turn them into advantages that work in their favor, she laid the foundation for a special presentation by Scott Kaufman, Y&S's CEO, to an audience of both students and local business leaders entitled The Power of Strategic Thinking in Entrepreneurial Ventures.
With an underlying message of optimism and hope, the event shared the experiences of entrepreneurs from all over the world via conferences, videoconferences, and presentations from young entrepreneurs, organizations, and national and international universities.
